Russian-born
International Ice Dancers Natalia
Pestova & Alexei Kislitsyn have
impressive credentials, a host of medals and trophies, tv appearances
to their credit, bucket loads of personality and charm - and talents
which go far beyond the ice arena
Natalia
and Alexei began skating together professionally in 1993. They have
performed around the world in many major ice dance and stage productions.
They have consistently won praise from audience and media alike
for their powerful, passionate and skilled performances.
As
well as being accomplished ice dancers Natalia and Alexei appearing
in 2007 Royal Variety Performance, they have both
starred, separately, in the popular television series "Dancing
on Ice". Natalia skated with goalkeeper David Seaman
in 2006 and with newsreader Phil Gayle in 2007, whilist Alexei won
the Spanish version "Desafio Bajo Cero"
with Almudena Cid.
They
also involved in many other projects both on and off the ice, including
photographic shoots for magazine covers; charity work; fashion modelling
and choreography.
Alexei,
born in Odessa and began skating when he was 6. From 1983 till 1991
he was a member of the Soviet Union National Ice Dance Team. Alexei
is a USSR Master of Sport International Class and was Soviet Union
junior Champion, Soviet Union Cup Champion, Ukrainian Champion many
times. Twice Champion in Bulgaria, Prize winner in France, Poland
and holds Gold, Silver and Bronze medals from a host of other National
and International competitions. Alexei
graduate of Odessa State University with a degree in Physical Education
and Coaching Ice Skating.
Born
in Ekaterinburg, Natalia began skating at age of 7. By 1991 she
had won the Russian Cup for junior Ice Dancing twice, and went on
to become International Junior Champion in Korea and Poland the
following year. She also holds Gold, Silver and Bronze medals of
many National and International Competiotions. In 1993 she took
second place in the Russian Cup and in the same year was the top
graduate of the Olympic Reserve High School in Ekaterinburg with
a degree Ice Skating Coach. Natalia is a Master of Sport. |
